Having a disorder that you are not in control of, isn't your fault. But one cannot reasonably expect to keep their medical history completely private as an international athlete, and if the medical testing reveals something disqualifying, then that is all there is to it. Another athlete was disqualified for simply being 100g too heavy for an event. This should be no different. Just because a medical diagnosis is inconvenient, it doesn't make it any less true.
