Historical precedence shows china goes back on its promises. Can there be an agreement that India and China support each other on international forums and that China supports India for a permanent member of the UNSC. china will not do it and it wants business as normal with that India and that too because it is fearing sanctions in US and Europe. As soon as this threat of sanctions is gone china will again go back to its dirty tricks. India should play safe and not rely on promises of the future.
