I would be and I have a herniated disc. I remember one time at this underground bar where we saw some local bands I headbanged so hard that I almost knocked out the lights on the ceiling lol. I'm 6'5" and it was a low roof. After the show on the way back to the car some dude walking behind us said that was some sick head banging lol.
