A tip I’d give as someone who trouts fishes all the time in Louisiana is when you’re fishing for trout to constantly pop your float once every four or five seconds, especially when one is playing with your bait. Nice red btw

dude i hate trout so much. besides a 34 incher i caught, never had one that didn’t head shake or swim right to me. if it weren’t for the teeth and spots, they’d be same as ladyfish. at least ladyfish jump and are redfish candy. heck, replace it with a jack in the slam. 10x the fight. although, i do make money off northerners who LOVE trout. must be a monster, otherwise bait stealing finger stabbers IMO
