I thought I was SNAGGED! (Catch and Cook) Big Surprise Catch

Fishing and exploring NEW Saltwater spots for whatever bites!! We fish bridges, saltwater rivers, and an inlet looking for anything that swims. We ended up hooking into a surprise big fish, and let me just say.. it was tasty. I did not expect for this to happen..

With those vudu shrimp I’ve had the most luck moving it slowly and raising the rod up and down making the shrimp move in an arching motion vs a steady retrieve… caught a lot of trout, reds, and flounder doing it that way… great video !

You can't go wrong with paddle tails and shrimp I've caught plenty of flounder ,trout and redfish on them 2 weeks ago a caught a hammerhead shark

I live 10 minutes from that spot and love it there! when i turn 16 ill definetly be driving there more. i was raised fishing at the spot by that one bridge where you caught that flounder and whats super cool is a couple of years ago that place actually had no water running through it but the recent hurricanes shifted everything making an entire new fishing spot!

Bro. When I was a kid in the '80's growing up in the Cape Henlopen School District, I was good friends with a kid whose dad managed the state park. We went out with the environmental center one morning and found a HUGE man-O-war on the beach of the DE Bay not far south of the fishing pier.

That's how you're supposed to season blackened fish but traditionally you would finish it in a iron skillet with butter and some of your seasoning would come off

The pier right in front of the lighthouse at St Augustin is good park at the yacht club boat ramp good place to kayak too close to the main ocean so fish but still fairly protected

I used to live in Ft Lauderdale on the end of a canal that led to the intercoastal. The mullet would all come and get stuck at the dead end and giant jacks used to come and just annihilate them.
