At the time of their 2nd Championship run, MANY people were already arguing "is it Shaq's team or Kobe's team?" They forget how the team leaned on Kobe during the regular season when Shaq was working himself into shape, or they forget all the Western Conference playoff games where Kobe was the 1A & Shaq was 1B. I think it's because people go back & just look at the Finals box scores. But that's a mistake, as everyone knew whoever won the West was going to steamroll the East, so the plan became "just feed Shaq."

I've decided your NBA alter egos of those remaining in the final 4. Brew - Mike Conley - Dependable, solid, quarterbackian when needed (Brew used to be able to throw 60+ yard darts) Nick - Derek White with better hair - Playmaker, leader of the panel when it comes to offense, will "dive for the loose ball" to defend his takes. Can be streaky with his three ball (Nick with his category 1 takes) Wildes - Naz Reid - Man of the people, leader without having to have the ball in his hand all the time, cleans up the boards (biased takes/graphics from Nick and Brew) , not sure how many people have Wildes tattoos like Naz but id consider it for the deal

You can't compare numbers from the whole playoffs. The Suns didn't play defense while the Clippers were BRUTAL (including Westbrick intentionally injurying Luka's knee, hitting him in the back of the head on a dead ball, and yanking on his shooting arm after the whistle). Mann is an exceptional defender, then an injured Luka gets Dort and double teams. He finally gets a little better and sets a new record for consecutive triple doubles and shoots 56%/45% in the close out games against OKC. Then you're going to compare a completely healthy Edwards playing against no defense vs an injured Luka playing against the toughest defenses? Good luck with McDaniels trying to guard him. So far he's held him to a 36pt triple double this year.
