Randle fits into this by giving the Knicks a low post presence. The two man game with Brunson is established and now adding another really great cutter off the ball in Bridges, adds a whole new dynamic to an already good offense.

The Knicks now match up well defensively with Boston, but neither Brown nor Tatum have any chance against Randle in the post. Jrue was such a game-changer for the Celtics. If they stay healthy, they should win one of the next two titles, and it'll be incredibly hard for anyone else in the East to break through until 2027 probably. Wright needs to give the reason the Knicks had no chance in 1999 and the reason is Patrick Ewing hurt his wrist and couldn't play. They had Chris Dudley at C against Robinson and Duncan. Of course they had no chance. But this team definitely has a chance if they can stay healthy.

They’re not trading Randle. This next season is their window to win it all. They can’t pay Julius Randle now that they re-signed OG for more than he’s worth so they have to win with him and then move forward from there.

No, knicks is not a super team. Knicks finally established a core. I just hope thibbs can finally lighten off the load on them so they can be healthy for playoffs. This will be a fun, exciting, and productive season for knicks 🙌🏽
