What sets Sean apart is he can ask the same question but ask it so that it's beautifully constructed in order to get a different answer as opposed to the same boring answer the celeb gave to the last thousand people. That is Sean's true gift.

I truly believe this show just wouldn't work without him. As well spoken, thoughtful, and the way he can read a guest goes, he's second to no one. Combine that with the fact he has an incredible tolerance built up for spicy food and this guy is just priceless.

You know how amazing and talented someone like Queen Latifah when she's done so many things that you manage to forget that she's a rap legend. Until she turned up on that Billboard list of greatest rappers recently I had slipped into thinking of her as an actor, singer, and TV host. Had to circle back and add her early stuff to my playlist. Incredible lady!
