We know based on Calvin's own insinuations that he knows an Arson guy, so conceivably orchestrating Arson. Which makes the fact that Grover was actually arrested for Arson more ironic. (Not to mention he tried to kill both his cousins in nearly the same way that Felix tried to kill Calvin and Bob, via trapping them beneath the wharf where they would suffocate.)
