I really enjoy watching you cook Trini. My mother taught me how to cook curry. Family from Fiji Islands so the cooking is different style. My father said we have long distance family from Trinadad . I really appreciate your show and thank you for teaching me how to cook with the taste of Trinidad.

Taste of Trini he is talking about aunty sumintra’s shop. We lived to the left of aunty polly’s house. I don’t think he remembers us but we spent many summers with him. He used to turn red as a beet with the heat. He got into quite a lot of mischief but he always had such an innocent look. 😀
