Curried DUCK with the Crew

In today's video, Fish shares quick his Curried Duck recipe just like he does when he and his friends "Buss Ah Lime". He's using a new curry powder that he discovered recently and Wendell and Shane (S&S Sandwiches) are the taste-testers.
It was an evening filled with food, friends and just pure fun.

Reshmi I just tried Dhal doing it your way and it came out real nice.The only thing was I think I went a little too heavy with the saffron. The menu today was Basmati rice,Curried chicken with aloo,Dhal and steamed vegetables.

I saw in your Instagram stories that you wanted to make something with the banana flower. I would advise you to not put your ideas out there. I noticed a particular trini channel stealing your ideas and running with it as soon as you talk about it. I noticed also that this has been happening since the start. A lot of their recipes are posted as soon as you posted and even your ingredients and measurements are the same. Isn't anyone else seeing this? That person is very pathetic and dishonest and clearly needs to get a life. It's a trend with them because I've noticed them copying other local and Caribbean channels as well. Just wanted to bring this to your attention.

I noticed this and I was wondering how come Reshmi never addressed it. This person is dishonest and copies and pastes most of her recipes and ideas. I used to follow until I saw the trend a few years ago. I know the family from roti joint and they are hoggish to customers. My advice is to just keep being real. This channel is a gem and you make so many people happy!!

Absolutely loved this video. The use of the various spices does lend their own unique characteristic to this dish(What do I know? I haven't tasted it lol). Mr. Fish does know his way around duck. I commend him. Mr. Wendel is an impressive food critic...my only critic of him is his reluctance to try anything with pepper in it, but nevertheless, he bad...Thanks for the video.
