First off, why are you fishing so close to that buoy? You need to get some distance so you don't get cut off. Second, you need more weight on your line. When you strip the the line, don't pull it off from the reel. That's a good way to get a tangle. Pull it from outside the rod. Third, you need a mono topshot coming off the braid. That braid is dangerous to pull on. The mono is easier to work with and get you some stretch in your line so you don't lose fish.

Also, you need to invest in a fighting belt. Your braid was not packed on tight enough.

Doesn't matter. Anchor 100 yards away from it and chum like a bastard. They will come over. Fishing next to a buoy is a disaster waiting to happen.
