Expanding on the hand warmer idea: you could put a bunch of them in a freezer bag and just put rocks in there so it stays on the bottom

Hey rod try the chest warmers do they have out to actually a body warmer that is made it's sticky so you ain't got to take nothing on and it would fit on your containers perfectly you can put like four or five of them all the way around

I always made sure to add some of the water a new fish came in to my established tank, prior to introducing them. I haven’t kept fish in a couple decades, now, but my last tank was a really successful freshwater community tank that included guppies and bettas, among others (mollies, platys, etc.).

To keep the fish warm. Get a roll of heat tape to wrap around the outside of the totes. Connected to a thermostat. Then just run an inverter from the truck battery.
