Bad karma. My great grandma owned all of Ewa Beach when it was known a KUPAKA and it was stolen by the government. The housing on Fort Weaver Road across from Parish Drive is the cause of the flooding. That drainage ditch built by the City and County was supposed to channel the water out to the ocean, but it caused all the beach to erode instead and the City has ignored the problem since the 1980s. Sue the City and County for your damages.

My parents home flooded . Fans and heaters blowing day and night all areas water touched had to be replaced . Drywall acts as a sponge. We were lucky no electrical fire .​@@martinnunez836

they had warnings and here is a newsflash done live in a flood zone and if you do raise your house up i lost a house with Iniki lesson learned and also lost a house to wildfire fire way worse...no warning and everything burned to the ground nothing left

Who's suppose to maintain those storm drains? And why do they never clear them out, going into winter? Knowing that it's our rainy season?.... Should have machines clearing all the vegetation and debris as high as they can up those canals. Every year.

- Shop vac - Fans, - Lysol disinfectant spray Photos, books, clothes, all gonna mold, so take care of them first. Open doors, windows, cabinets, rip out floor tiles, base molding, carpet, etc. and get air flowing to combat the mold. Good luck, it'll be okay.
