33109 or 90210? Do you know what they have in common? If you grew up when I did as a kid, you probably are familiar with 90210, referring to Beverly Hills in the tv show with Luke Perry and Jason Priestly.
For those of you that don't know, 33109 is the zip code of Fisher Island in Florida. Fisher Island has many times been known as the wealthiest zip code in the country. It is located about two minutes from South Beach in Miami Beach.
The cool thing about Fisher Island is that you have to take a ferry to get there. So basically you drive or get dropped off at a terminal about eight or nine minutes away from Fisher Island and you typically wait in your vehicle until the ferry gets to the island.
Once you reach, you can just drive your car to wherever you need to go to on the island. Besides some of the most famous people living there or have lived there, there are tons of people in finance (hedge fund managers) that have lived there too.
One of my clients that I sold there had a net worth that was just under a billion dollars and he was just a little bit more than half my age. The example is to give you an idea of the people that live there - some of the wealthiest people that you've heard of and some of the wealthiest people in the world that you've never heard of.
In order to get on the ferry and take a ride to the island you need to be on a guest list to go there. If not, no luck. You won't be able to experience all Fisher Island has to offer - all types of surfaces for tennis courts, restaurants, marina, golf course, AMAZING security, and the list goes on and on.

Great vid. Out of 600 residents, is it more permanent main residents, or 2nd, 3rd residence owners? Thanks. p.s. people commenting that they expect more luxury, this is aint your mid east arabs, or no taste russians where everything is platted in gold, diamonds. This is quiet luxury, old money. This is 1% of 1%. Whole different ball game. In usa to be 1% you only need a total net worth after debt- 5.8 million. Average annual income for these folks is 2.5 mil. Some of them make 5.8 mil in a year, some probably in a month.
