Fathers, thank you both for two powerful and touching witnesses to our Lords calling. I would like to ask at some point for discussions for those of us who may have at one time pursued a religious vocation but were sidelined by issues pertaining to sexuality gone astray. I am now 64 but twice I felt drawn to a religious vocation; one with the Franciscans and again later with a monastic Benedictine order. I had a falling away and darkness and drugs and depravity almost destroyed me. But, by God’s grace I am now returned to the Church, participate in the Sacraments but feel such a sorrow for having failed the Lord. I know I am forgiven yet I’m not sure what I can do to be a witness to His Resurrection. I pray, I read, I attend mass and go to confession. I practice chastity now and have de-pornified my life. But I feel I’m without merit and perhaps my greatest witness is of someone who is a lesson of what not to be like. Anyway, I greatly appreciate your words of wisdom and look forward to a future discussion for those who failed to respond to the call.

Listening to you talk about "Fishers of Men", I'm reminded of what an old Protestant Pastor, I once heard say: "When you get to Heaven, the Lord will say to you: It's great that you're here! Then looking over your shoulder, He will say; "Did you bring anyone with you?" Thank you Father's for choosing your vocation to the priesthood, and "bringing" us to Heaven with you! Amen. Blessings to you both on your new endeavor to be fishers of men on this channel! It was spot on to start this way and a pleasure to listen to your journey here so that we can relate. I would like to hear more about the details of Scriptures and how they translate to our current conditions exactly as you did here. It is one thing to read but so much more meaningful to know everything that was going on when that Scripture was written. It makes it so much more beautiful and meaningful. I would like to hear about mysteries and hidden meanings throughout the Bible and throughout Church history such as the Shroud of Turin and the Saints’ lives such as St. Aquinas, Faustina, Augustine. I would like to know more about the Vatican, the art therein and the interpretation of the symbolism in the art and architecture. I would like to know more about the mysticism. I would like to know learn more about prayers and meditation. There is a so much more to Mass than just recital- and to have a deeper understanding of the order they are given throughout the year and different types. I hope I didn’t overwhelm you! And last but most importantly, help us to be fishers of men and good ambassadors for the Church. Thank you for the opportunity to express what we may like to hear. I look forward to your next episode. You and your listeners and supporters are in my prayers.

Hello< I am viewing you from the State of NY. I am happy I am here by providence, really. I follow Pint with Aquinas and I heard Fr. Andrew in this channel explained the new evidence of the incredibly and awesome Shroud of Turin. You were filled with the Holy Spirit, truly touched my soul and because of it, I am trying to be more fervent as I recite and pray the Chaplet of the Precious Blood. I have seen it at least three times since. Thank you to the both of you for reaching out to spread the Truth of our Lord and inspires to be better christians in this chaotic world. that we live in. I loved listening to your talk and your thoughts in regards to choosing to go into the priesthood. I worked in a catholic hospital for 20 years, ten of which were in oncology before hospice. I was the lucky one that called the priest when needed. I always admired this dedication I saw. Your stories remind me of so many others from different religions. I too have seen miracles. I went from being really upset with God to absolute belief in something after this life. There’s different ways that people seem to realize God. A unique example would be Dimash Kudaibergen with his music video of “The Story of One Sky”. The Pope just gave him a gold commemorative medal for this unbelievable performance. The Iman congratulated him as well. There’s hope in this world. It’s really interesting to hear how your educational journey has transpired. I look forward to hearing your next discussion. Hmm, I hesitate. While the book begins in excellence, it ultimately ends in polemics that are unhelpful. That said, it's called _Triumph: the Power and Glory of the Catholic Church_ by H.W. Crocker III.

Just started watching sound and video quality are really good. But since this is a conversational setting i don't see the point of zooming in on the person who's talking because he's not looking at the camera. Makes it look a bit weird when only one person is in the frame
