I've been using my nocqua battery for a long time. I usually fish anywhere from 3 to 6 to 8 hrs when I'm out on the water and still come back with juice. They're the best imo.

Lithium batteries that I'm using I got them on Amazon and when I come in on a Saturday or Sunday I leave that battery on accidentally sometimes and I can come back on a Wednesday and it still has power to run my fish finder I'm not sure if yours is like that I like to find out and so once I get the information on the battery that I have related to you mean while I'm going to forward you a video to my kayak fishing group of about 228 guys and all of these guys are basically getting their kayaks rigged up with the fish finders and stuff as we speak so if it's a great deal maybe some of the guys that have more time to research this battery of yours I'll get feedback from them as to how they feel about it but really great thing that I ran up on your video tonight and I hope that the better that you have is better than the one that I have because I love to upgrade at any time thanks for the video

Good choice, you should have a lot more useful power from this battery. Charge it only with a lithium battery charger. They charge differently then a led acid battery.

i would absolutely recommend it. I may even buy the 4AH battery to keep with me while traveling for business. Can hook up a USB charger to it.

Hey there! The battery is great. No issues at all and it still lasts a long time in between charges. I had a few moments especially in the winter where I would go a while without using the fish finder and also did not charge in between. I would go out and fish for a few hours and never lose a charge. So far so good...

Looks like you ran into the shrink wrap tube being way to big for those little 18 gauge wires. They should have provided smaller shrink wrap.

How has the Nocqua 10ah do after a year? I've heard a lot of good things but there's been some mixed review about the charger having issues. I also have the Hook5 fish finder and my lead acid battery has gone bad and looking into buying the Nocqua. Can you give me your insight both positive and negative about it after a year since posting this video? I appreciate it.

First of all, thank for watching. I have had only positive results. I can fish 2 times in a row minimum without having to recharge. Never had an issue at all. The charger has also been fine so far.

I got a 10ah and a 20ah. My 10ah I've had for 3 yrs, my 20ah just under a year. You do get your money's worth. My 10ah powers my lowrance hook reveal 7TS, and my 20ah powers my Elite FS7 fish finders.

Seems really unlikely that original SLA battery you showed was 20AH. That looks like a 5AH size.

I have been using duct seal, it's good for holding down your transducer within the hull of the Kayak. ACE hardware sells it for $3.99

$130 ouch! Those 12v deer feeder batteries at wally for $21 work fine and last several seasons... you must have had a bad cell in your old battery.

i got the exact battery from Nocqua and it was defective after the first charge, Total Chinese crap. Look elsewhere for a battery, Nocqua is not the best.

Used mine for the first time today. Fully charged it out of the box Helix 5 Di ran for two hours and low voltage alarm went off. You are right truly crap. Sending back and getting a Dakota or Bioenno.

Dakota makes a battery box with a cigarette lighter plug in, 2 connectors for cellphones and other accessories and a damn flashlight lol
