The absolute BEST crappie fishing and most memorable was on Nantachie Lake in Louisiana in my youth. There was a fishout spot (bank fishing) that I, my mom, and stepdad used to frequent right around the way from our house on the levy. IDK what it was about that spot, but we would bring in buckets (literally) of bigger than hand size crappie on real worms and plane 'ole bobbers alone. We would sit there for a good 4 hours and just be done! THEN I learned how to rig 2 / 3 jigs at a time and wow! I'd land 2 or 3 very near each cast. Core memories that can't be forgotten. That's also how I learned to easily filet panfish haha. Great video and looks like ya had some super fun that trip!

the way you have that rigged you can basically take it offf and on your depth finder because i have a minnkota spot lock on my boat and i can’t run a wire i have a center console and i have 1 depth finder on my boat just at the console and i feel weird when im usually scouting when i had my other boat i would put both depth finders on trolling motor in water and scouting i like the way you have that set up
