I tried not to miss an episode of Bill Dance Outdoors. In the 80’s I recorded many shows on an old VHS video machine, my two boys would watch those videos over and over again. Today, they are both excellent fisherman and share a love of being on the water with a fishing pole. I’ll always appBill Dance for his desire to help people catch more fish. that spiner you were using a friend years ago show me you can let it fall to the bottom and crappie will pick it up before they will hit it when your realing it in on some days. Nice video Thanks for sharing.

Stealth. You didn't talk about how stealth is EXTREMELY important when it come to crappie fishing. They get scared and won't bite VERY easily so you gotta sneak in and slowly work your jig in their area. Out of all the fishes I love fishing for, crappie are the most spooked fish of them all. They have way better hearing than other fishes I think, always first to run off over the other fishes.

Wish you would support the crappie when you hold them vertically so you dont damage their mouth structure. Catch and release doesn't work if you disable their mouths so they cant feed.
