Good day to you Mr. Rosel. My name is Dwayne and I just subbed. Your channel hits a special place with me, as I myself, upon countless times over the past 30 years or so, have stood at that very dock beating the water (jn the pond section) to a froth after one of those big Florida Largemouth, especially the springtime (whenever their spawning) fishing along the road section.. The very first time I ever took my daughters bass fishing, my oldest, cast, hooked, and landed a 7.75lb bass that had just dropped her eggs right there off the other dock.. I grew up close to the store and have literally fished the same places that you are here, under hwy 27... the thumbnail from that video is how I come across your channel, i recognized the spot, lol... I caught my pb shell cracker/chickapin right there where you're standing on a live cricket on 6lb. test mono, on a small hook, weightless, cast and let sink. Its really great to see someone from this area making content and sharing their experiences thats pationate about fishing and the good it can be someone. Hey... next time you go to Holbrook, the pond, and catch one of those potato chip sized perch, tie you on about a 2/0 circle hook, no weight, and medium sized cork about 24" above the hook and cast the perch towards the big tree top off that dock and let that perch swim around it. I've caught some really nice bass doing that... I wish your channel the best and I'm looking forward to seeing your next post.

Your daughter caught a 7.75lb bass at Holbrook that's incredible. The fishing is not as good as I hear it used to be but it is still my favorite place to fish and camp. So glad that thumbnail lead you to the channel. You have a homeboy trying to make this KZbin thing happen at some of the very spots you fished. A friend of our family knew all about cooking Turtles. It was very good. He made Turtle gravy as well go over the biscuits. I enjoyed it all.

Turtle is delicious. I have a friend I met when I 1st moved here. He is from one of those communities that live off the land and he could turn a turtle into a delicacy as well. Preparing turtle is a lot of work and as you may or may not know this is a lazy mans channel lol.

As long as no one got hurt we are not going to let bad weather dampen our mood. Repairs should be starting in a few days if weather permits. Fishing is my therapy it always sooths my discomfort lol. God bless you, sir. I just love listening to you talk. It brings back to mind fishing with my daddy and all the colorful folks we met on the water. Simple times and simple pleasures are the truest gifts from our Heavenly Father. People wrapped up in the rat race and material things dont realize what they are missing and, at least what i believe, the peril they put their souls in by looking to the wrong things to make them happy. Just my 2 cents .....take care🙂 P. S. That spot where you caught the baby bass and the little butterbeans... the mirror reflection of the pines across the river is breathtaking.

My wife and I were in traffic the other day and people were passing us at 100 miles per hour and we were saying the same thing people are wrapped up in the rat race and material things they need to slow down and smell the roses. You know your T.V. Remington Steel was the TV show that stared Stef Zimblist and Peirce Brosnan I loved that show. I fish for catfish sometimes as a matter of fact bro n law and I are going to try our luck today. Yes I try not to harm the turtle they are just doing what turtles do. Dang glad y'all didn't get hurt from the tornado,our waters here in Tennessee or atleast where I'm at are about 8ft to low,2 days ago I was catching catfish like crazy and today nothing but turtles,awesome video as always man

Yeah them storms where something else we had a tornado touchdown by Walmart on City service Highway did a little bit of damage but we keep having these thunderstorms everyday if it keeps going on we're going to be flooded out soon keep up the good work I hope the Lord grows your Channel

Yep the wind event that got Walmart on City service Highway is the same one that got my mobile home. I know right my yard can't take much more water. Thank you so much the channel is really doing well right now and I love it.

Walmart sells a net you can put over your cap to cover your face and keep nats and mosquitoes off of you. I'm sure other sporting goods stores would have them too.

No it pierced two basketball sized holes in the roof but the good news is it's repairable. Totally agree it's always something. No one got hurt so it's all good.
