Fishing at San Diego Bay - Coronado CA

Multiple species caught at San Diego Bay off the Fishing boat rental.
Great time on the water, good vibes, and some good fishing action.
Between the 3 of us, we took 3 shovelnose Guitarfish, 1 Leopard shark, and 1 Halibut.

btw, the angel sharks are GREAT eating.. SNGF are good too, but I wouldn't eat one south of the bridge.. nice fishing gents.. didn't hear any monkeys, roosters etc in those 'corridos'... LOL

That’s what I heard. We did keep 3 SNGF gutted, peeled the skin and stuck with just the meat, hopefully that makes a difference. Lol Thanks for watching

Do you use yellowfin Croaker for leopard shark bait

I typically catch yellowfin croaker to eat. For leopard shark the bait I typically use is Sardine, squid, or fresh mackerel

Did the skiff have a livewell

No live well on those. That would be an upgrade. We took a cooler with a bubbler

@@271yaks at sd bay that specific rental place only rents the bigger boats with live wells. The skiffs won’t make it to the barge. There’s live bait though you can fish for
