You guys were literally fishing in my backyard the other day,by the weather just a few days ago.We have had a epic speck season this year so far,with water temps falling it should even get better.Rudee has been going off to,but I’ve been having good luck throughout Lynnhaven...good luck to you guys,if you see a red 23’ seacraft named the “Bwa-na” ,that’s me waving like an idiot ...lol

Love your video's! Very informative. This is actually only the 2nd time I've ever commented on anything youtube related or otherwise. Just really appreciate what ya'll do. I live in the mountains of N.C. but I still go to Topsail 6 or 7 times a year kayak fishing. I was hoping you or one of your other viewers could advise me on the fishing forecast after the next 4 or 5 day cold snap. I was hoping to fish late next week(Thursday and Friday) in the back waters and inlet. It's a 4 1/2 hour drive for me. I did really good down there two weeks ago. What's your thoughts?

Hey thanks for your comment! So the trout bite should actually turn on more with the cold snap - just look for points, drop offs, and areas that have that 4-12 ft water depth. Trout haven't been too shallow - been at least 4ft I would say 7-10 ft ideal

The cath 2000 floats more than the mirodine xl. The catch 2000 is like a walk the dog bait except it sinks only a foot under the surface.

Have y'all seen or have you heard about the pod of dolphin that's been in there for a couple weeks now? Do you think they're eating dink trout or bait fish?
@1fish2fish105 жыл бұрын
Haven't seen them but there is a ton of bait in the inlets - a lot of bunker and they are feeding on them - but dolphin are super smart so if they come across a school of trout they will get on them for sure
