I thought I'd take a moment while the fish aren't biting to give you the full tour of my 3.7m aluminium/aluminium tinny/tinnie, that features a 2007 25hp Mercury Sea Pro Outboard. I also show you the milk crate I've modified for fishing purposes!

Hi mate i have had a number of boats from runabout to half cabs and opens ,if i want to set something up say a block to support a step/cover i used liquid nails to place the timber onto the ali ,i weigh around 86 kg and i had a step fixed with this for around 6 years and no problems just a thought if you want to attach anything to the sides or rear of your boat .

Mate get a blue line cutting board console it is a drink holder, tackle compartment , and a bait board that sits on the side of your boat and all the bait goes straight into the water

Hey mat I have just seen this video and saw the tiller extension and I wa sjust wondering where u bought it from cause I have just recently bought a 12ft tinny with a 15ph on it and I use a piece of pipe as an extension, and ur from aus aren’t u??

Hey mate - Yep - Brisbane based. I bought it on ebay. I'm pretty sure it was under $30, and an Aussie seller. Mind you, if your pipe works just as well, then no need to spend the cash!

Definitely get one like mine then as it clamps right in - It's telescopic, I'm not 100% how long it is. If you look up 'Mr Boats Tiller Extension' in Ebay, I think that's the same one I got.

The Bimini was an ebay purchase. I believe it was around $150. Bargains to be had! The tinny is around 12 foot.

Mine is a 4 Bow, 1.5-1.7m (wide). Lengths are pretty standard, the key measurement is width (to ensure it fits your boat). I'd imagine yours would take the same, or very similar to mine. I believe mine came from Boating1 on eBay. Do some searching though!

The engine was approximately $1600 (AUD), and the boat around $1200 (AUD). I'm sure if you look around at the second hand market, you'll be able to find something in just about any price range!

Source one at a cafe or supermarket. Just ask them and they've often got old ones around that haven't been sent back to a supplier. All the attachments are just bolted on. Easy to do when the crate is plastic!
