Spectacular video! Those Orca..geez I think its Orcas i saw. I want to visit vancouver Island. I have been to Canada before, but that was more than a decade ago...Beautiful scenery BTW whenever you are cooking with oil, and it catches afire, DO NOT try to out it with water, you are gonna burn the place down. The best thing to do is cover it with something, in case of a pot, cover with a pot cover.

Planking is great when cooking on a gas grill because it gives a nice wood smoke flavor to the food. Both cooking jobs looked perfect, but I think I'd prefer the Ling, myself. Either way, though, you can't go wrong with crisp, fresh air and stunning views as condiments. Looks like a GREAT day!

Chinook salmon and plank, wow amazing i wish to come 1 day to Canada for those kind of salmon varieties. Both fishes are amazing,i must say plank i would like to try,but salmon is my all-time favourite.I was actually eating Norwegian salmon in Korean buffet restaurant here in Thailand,it was amazing,Lovely content as usually, looking forward for some river fishing.I know salmon likes river more, because my father likes to fish after hard day in factory in Norway. He always tend to say salmon likes river, but it is tough to find compared to Canada.Since Norwegian salmon likes fresh water, well i guess salmon likes.Tomorrow is my 1st flight during Covid-19 to Bangkok from Khon Kaen city,so looking forward,i was watching this video before sleep.I am urging to see more fishing videos,it reminds to me when i tried to catch some fish many years ago,but i failed at all,not talking about salmon.Anyways stay safe you two and hope to see more of your adventures!Thank you for great video for sleep as well!

0:32 This cooking tradition originated from the native / First Nations people of the Pacific Northwest in the United States and Canada. _"...in North America the Northwest Coast Indians used predominantly Western Red Cedar planks to cook Pacific species of salmon."_ See en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indirect_grilling#Plank_cooking. // Fish that fresh can certainly be enjoyed as sashimi and/or sushi.
