BiggyJohns Ya, $16 not bad. Looks like a old KOA campground. Remember Eric paid $10 just for a shower at a truck stop. Here he gets as many showers as he wants, electric, water, campfire, fishing...What else does a guy need? O forgot beer,,,ice cold beer at that....

My husband loves to fish. He always tells me, it's not called "catching" for a reason. The joy is in the peace of just enjoying the day and your surroundings. I'm not one to tell others what to do, but you might consider getting another bike. You really seemed to enjoy your bike rides in the past. Keep well. Enjoy! Love the Vids!

Eric, I'll give you a good tip. Use windshield washer antifreeze instead of water an chemical in your porta-pottie. The detergent keeps things clean and antifreeze will control decomposition and odors. Needless to say in cold weather the risk of freezing up the pottie is eliminated.

Two things you need while fishing Eric, first I didn't notice you sipping on a brewski (a must) and second you need to take a wee break, fish always bite while your taking a wee, state law! Looked like a nice relaxing stop anyway. The worst day fishing is better than a day at work... Oh yeah you are working, rough life! enjoy!!!

I am glad you found that campground. Those kind of water faucets work all winter. The water is held back underground where it meets the pipe going to it. I want to buy one for my outside water some day. Don't have to cover with insulation and all. The fish if they are there will be at the bottom where they winter. They don't move much and don't eat. When it gets warmer they will be swimming around looking for food.

Hi Eric. Big fan. Been watching you since the beginning. Forgive me if this is a repeat recommendation for a CB handle (I don't know how you can read through all of your own comments), but I was thinking "Mad Jax" both for 'nomadic' and for your co-pilot. And the best part is no copyright infringement!

I can sympathize with you over the RV being too old, I have a fully restored 1976 GMC Motorhome with about 30k invested in the resto, nicer than most new RVs but because its an older RV I cant camp in a lot of places. As for a CB handle how about "nomadic fanatic" I've certainly heard worse handles. Enjoy your travels Eric!

I think you would of been better off digging up some worms. Especially in a pond like that where the fish would never see pink eggs/salmon eggs as a natural bait. Did you try casting some jigs or inline spinners like rooster tails? Those usually will get the blue gill or bream going. At least you had a relaxing day in the sun by the water😊.
