The Gulp Minnow and your rig are still working quite well for me. With all the weather switching from hot to cold, I was not expecting very good fishing conditions Saturday. I was not disappointed. The fishing was difficult but we did catch several crappie, bluegill, and shellcrackers. The We included 4 friends, an unusual circumstance, we also caught a few small bass. We are still waiting for some fishing weather. 🤞🎣🚣🏿♀️

I certainly understand your feeling about recovering your fishing rod. Saturday, I was using a Fenwick rod that I bought 45 years ago. I have several rods that are better for many circumstances. However, that lovely old rod was perfect for what I was doing and I would cry real tears if I lost it.
