I’m not a Catfisherman…but, I watch every video Dave posts…I am a West Coast Salmon and Steelhead fisherman, and we use the same tactic for King Salmon that Dave is using here..we call it back bouncing, and it is productive..Dave, ya gotta spit when you get a mouthful of tobacco juice…fishermen don’t care and won’t be ‘offended’..😂😂

Just found your channel. My buddy and I are from the are that flooded in East TN. We came down to Knoxville yesterday to fish the Kingston steam plant but it was closed. We've never been down to K-town so we looked online and everyone said watch catfish Dave YT. Unfortunately we got skunked and headed home. We are new to catfishing, so I hope we can catch some big ones like you next time!

People laugh because we come the river late at nite in the moonlight with no lights Running wide open Game wardens dont run the river. They take naps at the loading ramp...I am surprized you don't get gar runs. I caught a 5 foot gar on a blue gull. He had line twisted around his snout between his teeth.I😊
