Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Terada is one of the top Japanese Chefs in the entire world and the most popular Japanese chef on KZbin.
At age 10, Terada learned the basics of sushi from his father and then went on to attend RKC Chef's School in Kochi, Japan from 1987-1989. He soon earned a nickname for his fast knife, attention to detail, divine presentation and ability to create new dishes and accents based on traditional Japanese cuisine. After graduating RKC Chef School, he was called to serve under Master Chef Kondo at Yuzuan restaurant in Kochi, Japan from 1989-1992. Mr. Kondo is the master of Kansai style cooking, considered to be the high-end of Japanese cuisine. Terada earned the title Master Sushi Chef by becoming the standing head sushi chef & can serve Fugu (Japan Licensed) to the public.

I've been waiting all day for taku tuesday but I watched yours first. The more you get together the better, and once again adam saves the day by catching, not fishing! All I do is fish. It's the catchers that come in clutch at the end of the day. Props adam, you're on my list.

Great job guys, From die hard fishing with that one and only catch of the day, to Taku to Hiroyuki for preparing the dish and their friend for taking them out on his boat. Good job all around.

Cheeeee Huuuuuuu Hiro San, Taku, Jocelyn, and Camera Man Awesome!!!! This is cool because this is how I used to go fishing with my Dad too. Watching Hiro San doing collabs outside the kitchen is awesome. Watching Hiro San filet and fish is so satisfying everything is so clean and beautifully done as always. You are the world's best Master Chef Hiroyuki Terada. Watching you cook outside, it is so amazing to see the dishes always being like it was made at a fine dining restaurant. SAIKOU! That is what you call true talent... to run in a circle while cooking!

I subbed to Hiro after Taku's first collab. It is nice seeing them together again. I have learned so much from them both about what I love. Sushi. I don't eat the rice but I love the fish XD If Hiro ever goes to Mexico he should collab with Rick Martinez on Food52. Rick was a chef on Bon Appetite before that whole "racism" thing with Conde Nast became apparent...
