Fishing For Red Horse?- What Is That?

I used to catch these red horse ,channel cats and smallies standing mid river , wading the Mississippi north of the twin cities. Keep making multi species videos , it sets you different from other fishermen ,in that you keep learning and adapting to different species, water levels , temperature changes, and what's biting best under the present conditions and where.

I found a school of these on a small creek near my house, 7-13" Hopefully that small, the bones won't be bad. Gonna try cleaning em like a carp and see how they taste.
