This is probably the one of your videos that I have enjoyed the most. You have focused on the details of the fishing, from the fishing tips to the dizziness that the guests suffered is part of the adventure; without forgetting the part of the filleting and preparations to eat it. Definitely a video that transports you to feel the adventure from beginning to end.

A trick my buddy showed be to help get the blood line off a tuna easier without wasting as much meat is apply a little pressure on the fillet and then trim the blood line. The pressure causes the blood line to bulge out away from the rest of the meat.
