A nice surprise to see Ryhope beach and the woman with the pushchair on the sign is actually me mam who still lives in Mariville west. Aye, I used fish there back in the early 80's but never caught much. Too busy making fires . Yer right about the cliffs like. As kids we used to climb them and dig caves near the top. They've collapsed a few times though and I'm still lucky to be alive after one occasion. Check out the fossils on the right side cliff of the dene. Thousands of them about 20 ft up. Good video.

Awesome sneak peak at your fishing marks. We don't have have as much erosion on innmy area but most of our cliff marks are rock or sandstone

Hoping to fish Ryhope target this week low tide. Can some one please mark out on Google maps on where it is. I no how to get there just unsure on the mark its self. Also how long can you fish until the tide cuts you off. Any help or tips would be fantastic thanks. 🎣

There’s parking behind the new build houses on the other side of the crossroads by B&M/McDonalds. Walk through the underpass and voila
