I know this is a old vid but I’ve had very good luck with a 5 inch purple worm, 1/2 oz x series 4/0 jig head, and a 3 speed stop and go. Love the vids man 👍🏽

I accidentally caught a 33.8 lbs drum there on a 10lbs set up😂 sadly my stringer could only handle a 33.1 lbs fish lol. Great vid and fish man!

Biggest Red Drum I’ve caught in real life was with a live 4” pinfish “poked with an ice pick through his tail” it was 40 3/4” long & 18” girth around its gills

Good vid, i usuly fish for snooks at that wood that sticks up the water 35 meters out with the snag around, i throw just behind or right from that spot, there are many snooks i got a 21 kilo snook there the other day on shrimps and 6/0 hook at 170cm.

I have a brutus 360 with thunderspin 4500 with braidline 0,28mm it great setup because i can reach 55 meters out usuly depending on bait ofc, at michigan i can can cast all the way down the muskie spot and i got a 27 kilos muskie last week on large minnow and hook 6/0 at 170cm.

Great vid. I am currently close to rapping up a trip here. Maybe I should go for some snook before I leave as I never really go for them here. EDIT: Had a quick 40min go at it. Fortunately I had my strong Rivertex rod with me already and some medium spoons. This one is my best so far steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1201692861 , 21lb Trophy snook on night crank. Decided to stay another day in my current trip to Florida and only hunt Snook and Drum. Maybe I can get the Unique. Thanx for the tips Jake.

The snook and drum is definitely fun to hook. But I only have one problem with them. There seems to only spawn 2 or 3 into the lake at a time. I saw it yesterday and saw it again now , I will catch 2 or 3 in quick succession one after another and then it all goes completely quiet for a long time and I catch nothing. Yeah it was nice to fish with you guys yesterday. Hope to see you again soon :)
