Sunburst is best that costs shards (but not always for sale). Otherwise its the Jaded Crystal in the shop that costs gems. As for boat I would Shark/Seal among those that costs shards. But I used Lamboat (10M coins) for a very long time and it was also great. It the boat price is high I used a lot of Jetski/Surfboard when I didnt have as much money.
