I feel it’s from the pollution dumped in river connecting to ocean . All the fish in McKay bay are just like that. Darker and trouts more yellow. I’m not eating them. Maybe I am cautious but getting ill sucks more.

You ain’t lying about that!! I’d be cautious myself it’s the first trout I’ve caught since the storm but after the storm is when I started seeing the water a lot dirtier so it makes sense! Thanks for the information and the comment!! Tight lines! 🎣😁

Fished that same area where you first caught that trout got a couple of trout there on D.O.A and vudu shrimp but if get on a kayak or boat theres alot of red fish and trout in that cove mostly along the mangroves dolphins always in there too great video !

I know when it’s head came up I was so confused as to what it was lol the most I’ve seen is yellow mouth and they say it come from eating a lot of shrimp but this one’s whole head was yellow! I appreciate the comment man! Tight lines!! 🎣😁

Probably from all the shit they are pumping into the bay from the manatee river. They were dumping long after the storm passed. Smh.
