Man do I envy anyone who gets to go out fishing every day and bring their fresh fish home to cook for themselves. If I were retired, I’d be out fishing 8 hours a day, 7 days a week…

Don't envy them, but learn from them. They deal with more, so they know what to do and when to do it. Even if they're not the best, because it shows you what not to do, or at least when

You are so nice and respectful to nature and all it’s life. I’ve seen other fishing channels that I don’t really care for because of the disdain and lack of respect to the animals they are catching. Depressurization is something you always stress, along with other fascinating things in the fish world. It’s always so fun because I feel like I’m there too. One day “smellavision” may be possible so we can share in the delicious aroma in the kitchen. Keep up the great work and be safe out there. 😊❤️

i got a suggestion for you when you are catching the bigger fish there pulling your rod down onto your side rail, you could damage your rod or snap it. if you split and put garden hose and put over the steel hand rail it will give you a bit of protection for your rods, hope this works for you looking forward too seeing it on your boat cheers from frank in Australia

Once the dolphin show up, I am throwing almost every fish in the live well. Then I run a couple hundred yards away and release. Those darn dolphin will eat everything you throw back regardless of how you try and release the fish. The trout down here in Florida usually have worms in the summer. I release all of them. Which is sad because they used to go home with me. Great video as always. Reminds me, I need to do more night fishing.

I fear I must 'take you to task' with your recipe for Trout ... I suspect you have become so conditioned to spicing your catch that you can no longer appreciate the truly subtle & wonderful flavour of Trout simply Fried/Grilled with just a nob of butter, no other seasoning needed ... If you want to bake the Trout, just gut it, put a nob of butter, some Dill and a slice of Lemon in the cavity, wrap in foil (make a purse to seal in the juices), then bake in an oven or on the grill, medium heat for about 15-20 minutes and the flesh will slide off the bones .... I challenge you to try these methods and tell me I'm wrong 😉
