Micro reels are the best . I got a micro zebco 33 with a dock demon pole with 10 lb line so i dont worry to much about breaking off.

Nail clippers are great for getting zip ties off without scratching the reel (or whatever it’s on) and it’s super easy

Ya 1.1 🤔 that doesn't sound right there's no gearing. It cache's trout great for my. Try one and see the smallest real that works the pole not so much to small. Like the mini baitcaster fishing pole 🎣👍🏼and tuff also.

I put more lead in the lure it works much better than factory. Great fishing 🎣 rod for cutthroat trout fishing I put bigger line on my mini pole much better. I fish in mountain streem like 8,000 feet high Desert. Like the mini pole

For zip ties I use a box cutter at the nose of zip tie if careful no scratches
