Great video Mick. I used to get my butcher to mince some beef heart and leave a bit for the hook bait. Nice and bloody and enough for 4 or 5 sessions

Well done Mick great vid .I still use meat as in Pigs Liver Minced and on the hook more blood content. Big Perch love it and the occasional Jack Pike. Keep up the River Vid's

Used to be a go to on the Tent in the 90s.old Jan Porter showed me the method. R I.P. Used to use it at Burton Joyce, stock bardolph and, Radcliffe wier. Was, a killer tactic.

How the hell 'NuFish' only has 12.2K subscribers is a bigger mystery than where all the chub have disappeared to from the Trent..I fish along from Weston on Trent all the way up to Gainsborough..and chub are a definite lost species.
