I had snakehead at a hotpot restaurant in Calgary and the fish was amazing. My wife thought I was acting crazy over it. I want more.

I have a great chef friend who says Drum is the best eating fish out there. Never tried it, but he raves about it. Also, if you come up to Manitoba in the spring to a certain spot you can be guaranteed multiple 27" - 30" drum.
