I really don't get how people can compare these guys to other bands. I think they sound very unique. When I hear their shit, I immediately think, "Fuck yeah, I love FFAA."
@MisterButterfingers8 жыл бұрын
Man, I'm so digging this change in sound. They expanded their melodic sound without dropping ANY of their skull shattering brutality.

Flatlining was probably the best song on there
@Soilwork-ri8wn7 жыл бұрын
+Eden Cvetkovic I thought Thy Art Is Murder in my opinion had an amazing song. Part bias for I never heard of this band. I heard flatlining, hooked. Still an amazing song.

LYRICS: We could have had it all Before the wells ran dry Before the cities fell Yet we still think It'll all end well Absolute hope, absolute Hell [2x] What's there behind the eyes? Just souls & sulphur Black & cold Strip us to ashes & bone Starving for love, dying alone Watch it suffer Watch it burn Watch it die Dance with the puppetry Hollow silhouettes born of animosity Hung by the rope threaded by the kings Inhuman disaster tearing at the seams Lead us not unto temptation Lead us to the suicide of the fallen nations God of nothing Bring the sheep to the slaughter [2x] Absolute hope, absolute Hell Strip us to ashes & bone (Absolute hope, absolute Hell) And so the apathy spread like cancer Dripping through the beams in the towers Staining the souls of the pacifists Still complacent in the final hour Distracted youth A nation of bullshit status Raked through the teeth Of the corporate apparatus We could have had it all Before the cities fell Yet we still think it'll all end well Absolute hope, absolute Hell [2x] We could have had it all [x4]

One of the best, most tightest produced albums I have ever heard. My goodness
@Mavvyd962 жыл бұрын
I know your comment is years old but that’s the prowess of Will Putney. Everything that man has produced, has sounded great. Such a prolific, adept producer.

I've been waiting for this, and I'm not disappointed at all. New vocalist kills it, and the band does what they do best. Those breaks wanna rip through you.

I remember when vevo introduced me to FFAA after listening to Chelsea grin in high school. I left Chelsea grin in high school and brought these guys with me instead lol.

Vocalist sounds like CJ from Thy Art. Shit is tigher than a nun, though.
@TheInvasionPlan9 жыл бұрын
+Doug Smith I felt like Nate sounded more like CJ than this dude, but that's not a bad thing by any stretch, because all 3 of them have awesome vocals, and both these bands absolutely slay.
@stefan820109 жыл бұрын
lol I didn't think it before, it does sound like this could be a track from Holy War. Not saying this is bad

this band surpass TAIM in every aspect.

I love both of these bands, but I feel like FFAA's new record will be a lot better than holy war. They have a bit more versatility to their music.
@tobiasgreven2549 жыл бұрын
+Doug Smith holy war was pretty versatile, but yeah, it's still not that hard to beat for a band like this.
