Hi Everyone!
Agility may sound like a word reserved for athletes. But it's particularly important for us in the second half of life. As we age, we tend to lose the ability to move our feet efficiently. This problem is not only about ankles and feet. Loss of agility comes from all the leg muscles and core. For example the hip flexors are far away from the feet but they have a lot to do with foot movement.
This workout includes 10-minutes of cool agility moves followed by 20 minutes of low-impact cardio moves. Give it a try!
