Fitbit Ace 3: Black Screen Won't Turn On? FIXED!

I show you how to fix a kids Fitbit Ace 3 that is on but has a black or blank screen. Basically the screen just won't turn on. Hope this helps.

I returned mine got it replaced with another, and same thing black screen, would only light up on the charger. Should not be this hard for a child to use...😖

I got a smiley face but it’s still black? I found it after about a year being lost and now it has a black screen and my mum can’t log into the account after deleting the Fitbit app.What should I do?

Mine will reboot and show the smiley face as shown in the video, but then goes to a black screen again. It's powered on because squeezing the sides causes it to vibrate. Fitbit help, threw their hands up and told me to buy a new one. :(
