Is it “button lock”? If so, it’s mainly useful if you go swimming and don’t want the water to cause a “button press” and change the screen. It makes the buttons untappable and you have to firmly double tap the screen to enable the side buttons again.

Thanks- that's too bad. That tiny display times out almost immediately. In the sun, I could really use an extra 5 seconds to see it. If I have downloaded additional clock faces, is there a way to cycle these on the phone? Or additional faces. I want to see steps and heart rate info. Nothing else.

I have had a Fitbit Inspire 2 for several weeks and was going to return it because the heart rate display is too small to see and I thought too cumbersome to access while exercising. For health reasons I need to start exercising a few tomes a week within a certain heart rate range. Why the Fitbit company would make the heart rate display so small on a fitness device is beyond me! After watching your video I realized how I can more easily access the heart rate display and found out that the device vibrates to indicate heart rate zones possibly making it unnecessary to need to see the heart rate display. If you have any suggestions on how to see or know your heart rate or the zone while exercising with Inspire 2 it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you again!!!

can anyone tell me about the other functions thats not in the settings app. i can't seem to be able to find info on them anywhere. like the screen that has DND and in the shaded area behind it has a line threw the image but if you click it it just put a - threw a circle image. im just not clear what that's doing or which way it's turning it on or off. and the exact same for the Sleep button under it? it's just confusing where to me it looks like its almost just copying whats in the settings part

Can you attach the charging cable and see if the display turns on? Also, Inspire 2 doesn’t have an always-on display, so you unfortunately cannot have the clock showing all the time.

I have watched your How to use Settings App and your How to use Quick Settings videos. Both are very clear, thorough and easy to follow.The videos helped me correct a number of settings on my Inspire 2. You appear to be very knowledgeable about the Inspire 2. I have one issue I am hoping you may be able to help with. All of a sudden my Inspire 2 stopped showing my Sleep Stages and my Sleep Score. It still shows my Sleep pattern but not my Sleep Stages or Sleep Score. Any tips?

It's my 1st time wanting to buy fitness tracker. Question. Do i have to let both the watch & phone Bluetooth ON all the time? Or if they disconnect, can the data from the watch while they disconnect got sync to fitbit app or it will only update when they connected?

You don’t have to have Bluetooth on all the time to save your data (you do have to to get notifications from your phone on your watch). Sync every few days or so to be sure you don’t lose data.

I have a question, in this video you’re changing all the settings on the actual inspire to scream. I am blind, and I use voiceover on my iPhone, can I change any of the settings on the actual app? Or does it all have to be done on the watch itself?

You are so welcome and thank you for the kind words! Unfortunately, I think most if not all of these settings can only be changed on the watch itself. Apple Watches are very good with being able to change settings on the phone in addition to the watch, but I know it has other limitations like battery life and is bigger and costs more.

There might be a sleep mode schedule that is on, which would mean sleep mode would re-enable itself at a set time each evening and disable itself at a set time each morning. You’d have to go into the settings to disable the sleep mode schedule if that is the case.

When I was doing ring fit it got up to 160 and it didn’t beep to let me know it was too high with a heart condition that could of been dangerous and it was because I had the heart rate set it said it won’t send wrist notifications so I turned it off where it would notify me. It needs to beep when it gets too high could I have a heart attack I’m not even fully sure what’s wrong with me it all I know is I have an enlarged left atrium I see a cardiologist on july 23rd. People are worried about me I can tell

Mostly only if you’re going to swim with your Fitbit. It will prevent any touching or swiping to change anything. You have to double tap to unlock.
