If this happens, than you probably need to update your Fitbit and you should be able to do this by going on the Fitbit app and go on your fitbit watch model and press on it and near the top, there should be a pink bar saying update. Then wait for about 20 min and it should be done

@@aidans2585 yes, to me was disconnected any device connected to the phone via Bluetooth and thats it, the charge connected and sincronized with the app
