The ease of changing the bands is one of the features that's keeps me a Fitbit fan. And the thinness of the Versa 4 is quite noticeable. It probably feels lighter.

Not to mention the battery. Life is really good. Pixel watch looks interesting but if I have to charge it everyday then it's probably not an option for me

Thank you for changing the bands so we can see it can fit. I have found a PERFECT band for a versa 3 but ill get the versa 4. so now i know i can get it. Or maybe ill wait and see if the same band will come only for versa 4 not versa 3. Thanks again for sharing. Really helpfull

I had mine 5 days and it bricked. Black screen. No help or support from fitbit at all. So I am returning it. The band popped of three times in 5 days too. Great out of the box review helps on my repack and return.

I did get the new versa 4 and I was expecting to add app and customize it like the versa 2 my husband have and the only thing I managed is to change the face clock. Since I upgraded from a charger to have more of the smart watch feel I am very disappointed. I hope you will make a video on it and that it will help me. Also I am in Canada, could it be we don’t have access to the smart watch stuff?

It seems that Fitbit has not included many features that were previously available with the Versa 3. I'm in the United States, and I don't have any ability to add Apps either. They did mention Apps on their website though, so I'm hoping they will be available at some point in the future. I have no idea if that will be the case, however. You're definitely not alone in your disappointment.

Fitbit is famous for launching a new watch before having all the functions/features available. Very dissappinting! They say the answer to talk feature is coming but no word on if they will add voice google assistant so i am going with the versa 3. Costco has the versa 3 for $199 CDN, sale ends soon (I am in Canada too) and Costco has the best return policy so i know if the watch fails in 6-12months Costco will return it.

is anyone elses versa 4 not going to max brightness ??? i just got one it will do max brightness for like a second go back to dim wont stay on max brightness!!!

How is the step count accuaracy? I bought a fitbit a few years ago and the accuracy was so bad i returned it.

The step count accuracy has most likely not changed since you last had a Fitbit. So if you didn’t find it satisfactorily accurate then, I doubt you would now.
