So I'm returning it and will purchase the Fitbit Versa4 which I purchased for my daughter and know I will be able to set up my watch easily by watching this video. I have my Versa 4 for a few days now and as a fitness-tracker I am very happy with it. I find it unbelievable however that it does not support 3th party apps... I hope they change this very soon!

Can you get 3rd party watch faces, or just the ones they provide? I have a charge 5 that I love but there’s like 2 faces I like becasue the rest are too busy or have slashes cut out of them. Was considering upgrading to this, but if it’s a glorified tracker, I’ll just get the versa 3 that has all the smart each features!

As someone who was seriously considering upgrading my versa 2 to either the sense 2 or versa 4 your videos have been really insightful. Thank you. I also have to say, that if you read the feedback on the fitbit forums that fitbit (Google!) have changed tact with these watches and no longer offer apps, WiFi or Google assistant on board. There is also complaints that general use is slower. The feelings are these more smartwatch functions have been removed in favour of the Pixel watch. To this end, I won't be purchasing But, I look forward to your future videos as you revisit these watches.

I have sort of successfully set up my versa 4. However, the time shown on the watch face is incorrect, and has been frozen at 10:31 for 3 hours. The time shown on the other tiles is correct. How can i fix this? The watch and phone are synced, and ive uninstalled and reinstalled the app, shut the watch down completely.

I just bought this watch for my father in law. On first setup at 9:12, when the 4 digit code is supposed to be viewable on the watch, we cannot see the code on our watch. In fact, we cannot see anything on the watch screen past a few seconds of the logo on the initial bootup, then a red X appears. I have tried multiple charger attempts, even 2 computers, and I still cant get the watch to boot up for any length of time.

I’m very sorry to hear that. I know it’s frustrating. It sounds like you’ll need to contact Fitbit customer support for further troubleshooting, and/or return or exchange from where you purchased.

There is a music function but you have to pay for it. KZbin music $13.99 monthly . Once you do that the music player will appear on watch. Forward - backup- pause etc.

There are too many to show. You can get 3rd party clock faces from the Fitbit gallery. You can see them here: gallery.fitbit.com/details/ff398347-1f84-4d09-8b3d-ca13ff783f4d Just make sure it includes the specific device in the list of compatible devices (not all clock faces will work will every device).

Could it be that alexa isnt showing in my fitbit app because my iphone doesnt have it build in? My iphone Se 2022 has siri. In videos i see that alexa is automatically popping up in the overview together with assesorices. I do not have both tiles. Conclusion: my phone and therefore fitbit 4 does not have alexa ?

I find that the battery life on my versa 4 only lasts a max of 2 days after charging it up fully.. Not very good

Hmm, that and GPS and vibrations (like from notifications) are usually the biggest battery drains. If it’s within your return window, you could try to get an exchange. Otherwise, if it’s within one year, it should still be under Fitbit warranty. 2 days definitely seems short…

@@wearablewhisperer I just recharged it yesterday and now it's down to 39%. one day it even decided to randomly shut down completely and lose it's settings altogether. can't return it. I bought it with points from my service provider and I should not complain as it was a freebie. it's only about 1 or 2 months max old. I noticed that the alarms I set failed to go off randomly and when it decided to go off went off 9 minutes late. I can't seem to load Google maps either. I actually am not very happy with it and now think I should have chosen one of the other fitbits or older fitbits or even an alternative brand.

I just purchased a new versa 4. I previously had a versa 3. With the Versa 3, half the time the oxygen during my sleep would not work. Last night I completely connected the versa 4 and checked after sleeping last night. Again the oxygen did not work. Why? Is there a way to view my oxygen levels other than sleep as well?

You should be able to see estimated oxygen variation within the Sleep tile. You should be able to see average nightly spo2 in the Health Metrics tile. If it's not working, only Fitbit Support can help.
