Hey Mark, sorry to hear about your knee brother! If you can't even walk, there's not much you can do for your lower half at this point. When you are ready to jump in, we do have some more knee-friendly movements that can help: kzbin.info/www/bejne/oaSZnaaNZ9uehdk In the mean time, check out some of our seated/lying upper-body tutorials here: www.youtube.com/@Fitfatherproject/playlists Best of luck! -The FFP Team

Every time I try and diet I get SO DIZZY! As soon as my body starts losing any weight it rebels and causes these dizzy spells. Which causes anxiety … all this makes it extremely hard to function at work!

Do you have tips for hard gainers?
@Fitfatherproject Жыл бұрын
Hey JT, thanks for writing in and great question! Even though it's a bit more challenging, it's certainly not impossible for Hard Gainers. Everything just needs to be dialed in a little more closely. Check out this video to hit all the basics: pulse.ly/ebkyfha8rk -The FFP Team

i like the idea of the 10x10 burn workout, but the push ups, i never did them when i was young and fit, sure as hell aint doing the now, is there an alternative i could throw in?
@shawnmendrek3544 Жыл бұрын
Just do some DB chest presses or even plank variations.
@Fitfatherproject Жыл бұрын
Hey Warpo, thanks for writing in! We HIGHLY recommend considering the push-up as it's such an amazing, all-around upper-body movement. Consider starting from an elevated surface or your knees as a way to ease yourself into the movement and the more consistent you are with it, the easier they will become! I started 10 10 burn with ketttlebells I was getting it done but the palms of my hands started to be extremely painful from bearing my weight on one hand on the handles of the kettlebell. The handles were quite fat getting bigger ones isn't realistic. Suggestions? Can I do a variation that doesn't involve bearing my body weight on one palm at a time on a handle? I stopped exercise completely because of the pain even though I was up to circuit 3 reps with 12kg bells. 16 stone 51 years old male
@Fitfatherproject Жыл бұрын
@scifikid108 - If i'm correct in thinking you mean during the renegade row, instead of resting your hands on the handle, you can place them on the floor to do the push up part of the exercise. This will mean you'll take a few more seconds to complete the full cycle of reps, but it will be easier on your hands in the long-run. If you need to take your hands off the handles completely, you can rest one on the floor as you row with the other hand, then swap, then place both hands on the floor to do the push up.
@scifikid108 Жыл бұрын
@@Fitfatherproject yes I did mean during the renegade row. I'll try it. I didn't do they because I thought it would change the exercise too much lowering my support hand by such a big distance

Can I do all of these as a male with diastasis recti?
@Fitfatherproject Жыл бұрын
Hey Nohow, thanks for writing in and great question! With Diastasis Recti, the goal is to draw inward when doing exercise, rather than push outward, which can cause more separation. So for now, until your ab muscles have more time to connect, consider focusing on #1 and 3 more as you can still make amazing progress on those fronts. Best of luck! -The FFP Team

Anyone else notice that this dude has been putting out various videos claiming all sorts of different exercises are the best for losing weight? This one he claims dumbbells are the best. In other videos, he claims you have to use kettlebells. 👎👎 👎
