ive been doing this for 2 weeks and lost 16kg (i dont eat oily food, junkfood and fastfood. i dont drink sugar and carbonate too. only eat rice/bread once a week if i feel like to)

@Rezvanoun hey I'm also on a diet and I do regular exercises like jumpingjacks planks and etc I also only try to eat 1000 calories in a day I try to eat more healthy,I'm 51 kg and I'm trying to be 45kg or 40kg and also I do zumba everyday so I'll update yapl with the results
