I don't know that I completely agree with the tutorials out there on baking in your changes to the VE table. They end up creating some VERY rough tables with peaks and dips all over the place. I feel the smoother your table is the better.
Here you can see how my table is coming out towards the end of my Speed Density & Power Enrichment tune. And how I make the final tweaks to get them both dialed in.
