Woot! Way to go starting your training. You’re awesome sauce! Seriously, beginning a fitness routine of any kind isn’t easy after a health setback or after some downtime. I always love taking a peak at journals (kind of nosy that way ☺️) of any kind so just whenever you feel like it. And, btw, I love your grow lamp on the window sill.

I'm totally interested in the book you're reading about menopause. I have Menopause Manifesto on my TBR. I've been exercising, mostly strength training, for a year, and I've never felt better. Honestly, I started exercising to prepare for my menopause, hahaha😚

Menopause is different for everyone, I sailed through it and I think being active is key. I think all women should lift, it prevents so many issues, so congrats.

Yay, I love to watch people train and try challenges. I am mainly a runner, currently using a Garmin to train for a 5k, its my first experience with a virtual coach and instant feedback and its a blast. And I am not technically inclined, if I can figure it out anyone can. I am hoping it will help me get back to a sub 30 5k, something that years ago I took for granted. Now I am a back of the pack runner, but look out, i'm moving up! 😅🤣😂
