22 years ago I injured myself while working out. My muscles, right side, of shoulder teared up. I had to go to the hospital where I was given two shots of painkillers. I couldn't even breathe without excruciating pain. I was taking painkillers for a few months. Then stopped them but still in pain for half a year. After that I could feel the area weird for another two years. I never stepped inside a gym again.
